Terms of Service

You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

• You own everything you put on your site: text, photos and guest details. You give us permission to store, resize and display it only so we can run your site.
• Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't publish anything illegal, hateful or misleading, or other people's private information without their consent.
• You're responsible for your guest list and for the details you share with guests.
• We may take down content or suspend a site that breaks these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you first.

• Building and previewing a site is free. Publishing costs ₱899, one time, per site.
• You pay with GCash or Maya. Payments may be checked by hand before publishing is unlocked.
• One payment covers one site. You can unpublish and republish that site for free. A second site needs its own payment, and a payment can't be moved to another site.
• Each account gets 150 MB of photo storage, shared across its sites.

• You can request a refund within 7 days of paying, from your site's page or by emailing us.
• If the refund is approved, your site goes offline and back to draft. Your content and RSVPs stay saved, but publishing it again needs a new payment.
• Refunds go back to the GCash or Maya account you paid with and may take a few business days to arrive.
• After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or Bliss was unavailable for a long time through our fault.

You choose your handle (bliss-ph.com/your-site-handle) when you first publish, and it stays fixed after that. We may reclaim a handle that's offensive, misleading or impersonates someone.

You can delete a site at any time. Deleting is permanent: the content and guest list are removed and the payment isn't refunded or carried over. Payment records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Published sites stay online for as long as Bliss operates. If we ever shut Bliss down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can save your guest list and photos.

We work hard to keep Bliss online and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the site in question.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of Rizal, Philippines.
