Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what Abide Tech (“Bliss”, “we”) collects when you use bliss-ph.com, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
From couples (account holders)
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in details. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Wedding details and site content: names, date, venues and addresses, your story, schedule, contact email and phone, and anything else you type into your site.
- Photos: images you upload to your media library. We resize them and store them privately on Cloudflare R2.
- Payment records: the amount, date, method (GCash or Maya), reference number and, for manual payments, the receipt screenshot you upload. We never see or store your GCash or Maya login or PIN.
From guests
- RSVP details: the guest's name, party size and, if the couple adds it, an email address, plus the guest's reply and any message they leave. Most of this is entered by the couple; guests only add their reply and message.
Automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service running and to limit abuse (for example, too many RSVP lookups from one address). See our Cookie Policy for what's stored in your browser.
How we use it
- To build, host and publish your wedding site.
- To show your guests your site and collect their RSVPs for you.
- To process payments and refunds, and keep the records the law requires.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To keep Bliss secure and working.
We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
Who can see it
- Anyone with your site's link can see what you publish. Only publish what you're happy for guests to see.
- Guests can find only their own RSVP, by their full name or personal link. They never see other guests' details.
- You (the couple) can see your whole guest list and every reply.
- Our service providers, only to run Bliss: Cloudflare (hosting and photo storage), Clerk (authentication), and Railway (database). Published sites also load fonts from Google Fonts, and may show Google Maps and YouTube embeds you add.
How long we keep it
- Your account, sites and photos stay until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
- Deleting a site permanently removes its content and guest list. Photos stay in your media library until you delete them.
- Payment records and receipts are kept as business records for as long as Bliss is in business, as tax rules require, even after a site or account is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Couples can edit or delete most of it directly in the app. For anything else, or if you're a guest who wants your RSVP removed, email privacy@bliss-ph.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, photos and receipts are stored in a private bucket, and only you can open your dashboard. No system is perfect, and we'll tell affected users and the National Privacy Commission promptly if a breach happens.
Children
Bliss is for adults planning a wedding. We don't knowingly collect data from children, other than names a couple adds to their guest list.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email or in the app.
