9:30 PM

Eleven years, briefly

2016
Met

Met on a walking holiday neither of us wanted to be on.

2020
One room

A year in one room together, which turned out fine.

2023
The cottage

Bought the cottage, learned what a damp course is.

2026
Engaged

Engaged in the kitchen, mid-argument about shelves.

Attire

Cocktail, harbourside. It is windy on the pier and warmer inside than out, so layers work best. Wooden boards and gaps between them — stilettos will not enjoy the evening.

The ceremony moves inside to the same room as dinner. You will not get wet.

Can we bring children?

Named invitations only, purely because of numbers. We hope you understand.

Registry?

No registry. A contribution to the honeymoon fund if you would like to.

When should we arrive?

By 3:45. The pier gate closes when the ceremony starts.
