Dress code

Smart, comfortable, and able to survive a field. Heels will sink, so flats or blocks are wise. September evenings here are properly cold once the sun drops behind the ridge — bring a coat you don’t mind wearing in photographs.

Good questions

Are children invited?

Yes, all of them. There is a quiet room upstairs with beds after nine.

Can we camp?

There are twelve pitches in the top field. Tell us on the RSVP and we’ll hold one.

Is there phone signal?

Barely. There is wifi in the barn and the code is on every table.

Gifts?

Your presence, genuinely. If you insist, we are collecting for the orchard trust.
