We are getting married
June 12, 2027 · Halcyon House, Kent
In the walled garden. Seats are unassigned — sit wherever you like.
On the south lawn, with photographs somewhere in the middle of it.
Long tables in the orangery. Short speeches, we promise.
Until midnight, when the coaches leave for Canterbury.
A mutual friend’s housewarming in Peckham. We spent the evening arguing about a film neither of us had finished.
A flat with bad windows, a cat called Pudding, and the beginning of the garden habit.
Engaged on a cold beach in Deal, entirely without ceremony, which suited us.
This, with all of you.
Garden formal. Long dresses, linen suits, and shoes that can manage grass — the ceremony is on a lawn and the paths are gravel. Evenings in June get cool once the sun goes; a wrap or a jacket is a good idea.
Halcyon House, Bridge Road, Chilham, Kent CT4 8DB
Chilham station is eleven minutes’ walk. Trains from London St Pancras take an hour.
Free on site. Cars may be left overnight and collected before noon.
Shot on a grey morning in spring, a year before the day.

Tag your photos and we'll find them all afterwards.
Yes. There is a room with beds and a sitter from eight o’clock for anyone who needs it.
No list. If you would like to give something, we are saving towards a greenhouse.
Rooms are held at The Woolpack in Chilham under our names until March.
Tell us on the RSVP form and the kitchen will sort it out.
